What alterations are you making in your routine to reach the results you strive for in your quality of life?

According to recent research, the average adult makes about 35,000 conscious decisions or choices every day!*

Being aware of the fact that you have that many decisions in the day is the first step in making alterations in the current choices you’re making if you’re not happy with the results you’re getting from your quality of life.

Adjustments can be defined as small alterations or movements made to achieve a desired fit or result.

Giving a large part of your time and resources to making alterations that can help you achieve a higher quality of life can be referred to as “devoting to the adjustment.”

Devoting to adjustments in the decisions we make every day is vital to your success for optimal wellbeing. For example, when your alarm clock goes off at 6am to remind you to get up so you can get your work out done before the rest of the house wakes up, you have the decision to hit snooze and keep sleeping or wake up and get out of bed to conquer the day with the right start. Not hitting snooze is devoting to the adjustment. You wake up when its time to wake up, and hit snooze on the self talk that says you’re too tired to get out of bed.

Another potential alteration in our decisions is choosing to regard our body with attention, and investing into our wellbeing even if symptoms are not present. As defined by World Health Organization (WHO), health is a “state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Adjusting the way we regard our current condition can be one of the greatest movements you make towards wholeness!

The human body is full of inner potential for more health and higher function, creating a harmonious operating system from within. Say “yes” to adjustments in the way you think and act so you can receive more health and wellbeing.

Know the desired result you are looking for in regards to your quality of life, and find where you need to alter the decisions you are currently making so you can move towards wholeness!
