#48 Chiropractic Question: Do Adjustments Hurt?

by | Aug 10, 2020 | Podcast

Joe Strauss states in his 1991 Chiropractic Philosophy Book, “It bears repeating that the force introduced by the chiropractor, whether great or small, is a universal force. Whether the innate intelligence of the body usable to change the character of that force and utilize it for constructive purposes will determine to a great degree whether an adjustment occurs. However, the force introduced is a universal force and can cause a reaction. This universal force reaction may or may not be accompanied by adjustment. As with any universal force, it is either adapted by the innate intelligence of the body, becoming an innate force, and utilized to correct a subluxation, is neutralized and causes no harm, or it is unadapted and caused damage to the matter.”
